today I managed to consume not one but two gingerbread lattes and so if my teeth fall out it is all for YOU, dear reader!

the first was whilst out shopping…. and as they made it I recollected that I had some Monin Gingerbread Syrup at home, too, so I made one this evening as well. crikey.

  • make a shot of espresso, or some strong coffee with a teaspoon of instant coffee and half an inch of boiling water.
  • top up with hot milk.
  • add 1tbsp of Monin Gingerbread Syrup and stir till a bit frothy.

and if 47 ginger-headed sailors turn up at your house to share it with you, don’t blame me! Prim xx
